The safety of our campers remains the #1 priority at Bocamb. Our staff are regularly updated on their background checks and diocesan training, and the same goes for every adult/parent that volunteers. Fr Jacob DuMont is our safe environment liaison and can be reached at 708 846 4928.
Thanks to the generosity of the LeBlanc family, Bocamb farm has hosted Conquest and Challenge camps and weekend retreats since 1996, developing into a fully equipped youth camp. Between the cabins and main house there is capacity for up to 54 minors and 12 adult staff.
Argentus is an ongoing story. In the same tradition as Arcātheos, the boys are immersed in the legend that demands their acting with virtue, not just hearing about it. And every dad willingly dresses up as the enemy to have a decent sword fight with his son anyway. Contact Jay Dardis to join the fray at 225 362 4469.
I come from Manila
Born and raised in St Louis. Ordained a legionary priest in 2010, but was coordinating youth ministry already ten years before that as a seminarian; exercised ministry in the Ohio Valley, Texas A&M, and New England until my arrival to Louisiana and Camp Bocamb in the summer of 2015.
Born and raised in Southlake, Texas, where he attended Southlake Carroll Senior High. He has been a member of Texas Conquest since 5th grade and has continued to work for Conquest every summer. During one of his summers while working he felt called to give a mission year and began to pray on it until he was ready to answer the call. He hopes to assimilate perfectly into the Louisiana lifestyle and cannot wait to put on the best camps in all of history.
A Polish teenager born and raised in Germany. After school I decided to set my focus 100% on God and giving one year of my life to serve him. With 4 sisters back at home, I am really happy to do a lot of cool stuff with boys and guide them closer to Christ during this year.
Was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He decided to give a year in service to Christ and the church, and to help form the youth of today, into leaders of tomorrow. He is excited to be in Louisiana, and is ready for a great year!
